By using the most advance ecological technologies the garden's energy tends to be self sufficient . it is a themed recreational, educative and art cultural park. It has received Official label from both French minister of Culture and Foreign Affairs and received the labeling for the "50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Chinaand France" in 2014.
